Frequently Asked Questions

We’ve compiled the most common questions students ask about studying in the UK, our application process, and support services.

1. How can Elite Study Consultancy help me apply to a UK university?

Our advisors provide full support — from choosing the right course and university, to preparing your application, writing your personal statement, and submitting your documents. We also assist with accommodation and visa guidance.

2. Do I need IELTS or another English test?

Most UK universities require an English language qualification such as IELTS, PTE or equivalent. However, we can help you find options that accept internal tests or proof of previous English-language education.

3. What are Foundation and Top-Up programs?

A Foundation year helps students bridge academic or language gaps before starting a full bachelor’s degree. A Top-Up program allows you to convert previous studies (for example, a college diploma) into a full bachelor’s degree in one year.

4. Is there any cost for Elite Study’s services?

Our student advisory services are completely free of charge for applicants. We’re officially partnered with UK universities, which means they cover the guidance and application costs for students.

5. How long does the application process take?

Depending on the university and intake, the process usually takes between 2–6 weeks from submission to receiving an offer. Visa processing adds about 2–4 weeks more, so early preparation is always recommended.

6. Can I work while studying in the UK?

Yes. International students with a valid Student Visa can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and full-time during holidays, depending on their course type and sponsor institution.

7. What support do students receive after arrival?

We remain in touch with all our students even after they arrive — offering guidance on accommodation, part-time jobs, academic adaptation, and community integration through our UK support network.
